1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Dead on Arrival (DOA): Product is non-functional upon receipt β return within 7 days
- Wrong Product: You received a different product than ordered β return within 7 days
- Damaged in Transit: Product arrived physically damaged β report within 48 hours with photos
Non-returnable conditions: Products that have been physically damaged by the user, opened consumables (thermal paste, etc.), software licenses once activated, or products returned after 7 days of delivery without a valid reason.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@saadcomputers.com with your Order ID and reason for return
- Attach clear photos/video of the issue
- Our team will respond within 24-48 business hours
- If approved, we will arrange reverse pickup (India only) or provide return shipping instructions (US)
- Product must be returned in original packaging with all accessories included
3. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected
- Approved refunds are initiated within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method through Razorpay
- Depending on your bank, the amount may take 5-10 additional business days to reflect in your account
4. Cancellation Refunds
If you cancel an order before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days via Razorpay to your original payment method.
5. Exchange Policy
Subject to stock availability, we can exchange a DOA or wrong product for the same model. Contact us with your Order ID to request an exchange.
6. Warranty Claims
Warranty claims are handled directly with the manufacturer after the initial 7-day return window. We provide assistance in facilitating warranty claims with the brand. Warranty duration varies by product and brand.
