2. Products & Pricing
- All products are subject to availability. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes (GST).
- Prices may change without prior notice. The price shown at checkout is the final price.
- Product images are representative. Actual products may differ slightly in appearance.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order if pricing errors occur due to technical issues.
3. Order Placement & Confirmation
- Orders are placed without requiring user registration. You provide your delivery details at the time of purchase.
- An order is confirmed only after successful payment through Razorpay.
- You will receive an order ID upon successful payment. Save this for reference.
- We will contact you via the phone number or email provided to confirm delivery logistics.
4. Payment
- All payments are processed via Razorpay, which accepts UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.
- Payments must be made in INR (Indian Rupees). International card payments may be subject to conversion fees by your bank.
- We do not store payment card information. All payment data is handled by Razorpay under PCI DSS compliance.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- We currently ship to India and the United States.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.
- Saad Computers is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or force majeure events.
- Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover to the courier.
6. Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if not yet dispatched.
- To cancel, contact us immediately at support@saadcomputers.com with your order ID.
- Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may initiate a return after delivery.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to: misuse the website, submit false information, place fraudulent orders, attempt to interfere with website security, or use the site for any unlawful purposes.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Saad Computers including logos, images, text, and design is owned by or licensed to Saad Computers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Saad Computers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or inability to use. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
