SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

• 🇮🇳 India: All states and union territories via reputed courier services
• 🇺🇸 United States: All 50 states and Washington DC via international courier

2. Shipping Charges

• India — Free Shipping: On all orders above $999
• India — Standard Shipping: $99 for orders below $999
• United States: Flat rate of $2,500 (approximately $30 USD) per order

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

3. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day
• You will receive a call/email from our team to confirm your delivery details

4. Delivery Timelines

• India — Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
• India — Tier 2/3 Cities: 5-8 business days
• India — Remote Areas: 7-12 business days
• United States: 10-18 business days

These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email or phone. You can also track your order on our Track Order page using your Order ID.

6. Packaging

All products are carefully packed in protective, padded packaging to prevent transit damage. Electronic components are shipped in anti-static packaging. Laptops and heavy items are double-boxed.

7. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to wrong address or unavailability after 3 attempts, the parcel will be returned. Re-delivery charges will apply. Please ensure your address and phone number are correct when placing an order.

8. Customs & Import Duties (US)

International shipments to the US may be subject to import duties and customs fees levied by the US customs authority. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping fee.
